Refund Request
Hi, I recently agreed to be put under debt review by an agent called Siyasanga Sigenu, he was very friendly at the time of my application , then I was debited by the providers who should not have debited me and requested he help me to get my refunds back from Lewis group and Letsatsi finance, Lewis has refunded me but not Letsatsi, because I do not know how all of this works, I am pleading with my debt counselor to help me get my funds back from Letsatsi as I was wrongfully debited but my emails are going un answered, debtbusters has put me in a worse off position then I was

I was advised by the responder on Hellopeter to send my grievance to this email address.
Please allow me to vent, I was contacted by Siyasanga Sigenu and was educated on the benefits of being put under debt review, the application process went well all was supposedly sorted as my providers whom I listed was told by your company to cancel their debit orders, But to my surprise Lewis and Letsatsi debited me as well debtbusters, I queried and was advised by Lazola and Siyasangs that the providers will refund me, I have been refunded by Lewis after much back and forth but Letsatsi has not and has been ignoring my emails, phone calls etc, I have just had enough because right now, your debt counselors as well as your retentions agent Sumaya Dawood who just went ghost as well, I sent an email yesterday requesting for your company to terminate my application as i would like to join another debt review company as your staff cant help me get back my funds from Letsatsi, But I specifically advised in my email to read my instruction well, If you terminate me I want my R2200 back that you debited as I need to pay my rent, someone needs to make me whole here, once again as always I am being ignored, I am going to the media next, I have already laid a complaint against debtbusters and Letsatsi with NCR, I have since started my process with Better Business Bureau, You have de*****ed me out of my money together with Letsatsi as I find it strange how there is no real contact details for Letsatsi, I want my R2200 back from your company or my refund from Letsatsi, I need this funds to pay my rent but no answer from your debt counselors or Letsatsi Finance, If I do not hear from you by today that some money will reflect in my account, I am going to facebook,I am calling radio stations, I am going to do everything I possibly can to expose debtbusters and Letsatsi,
I am logged into a call centre and cannot answer my phone but I am very activate on email
