Refund request
I have been waiting on my refund, paid up letter and clearance certificate for over a week now. I have been calling and leaving messages and nobody gets back to me. I would like to get all the above by close of business tomorrow. I am really unhappy because I have made all payments since my debt review inception and they refuse to play along. These are the reasons we as customers are never happy and they think we are stupid enough to take their nonsense. I have had enough and would also like to include the NCR with this.
