Refund me back my money into my bank account

I'm really disappointed of how the company work with they clients, my money was deducted and I called asking for refund and I was transferred to consultant after consultant service was poor and they promised to refund the money after 12 working days, I want my money back as the creditors are sending letters of termination and its been 3months not deducted but now on the 24th February my account was debited, I need my money back please debt buster and some other consultants we laughing at the back making it a joke of me asking for my refund, I need my money back please, my kids needs to go to school.
