Refund

Good day, I have settled my car personally before the 25th August before that I called them to let them aware of what I was about to do and they said I can settle it they will pay me back cause it was to late for them to stop the payment and they asked me to send them documents so that they can refund me. Debt review debited on the 25th August , on the same day I called them regarding the refund and they requested me to send the documents so that they can pay me back and I even phoned them several time and emails were sent the only thing they kept on telling me is that the guy who is dealing with my issue is not available they will send a ticket to him but still up till today I never received my money and no one called me. Guys I need my money it's been almost a month now. Please deposit my money
