Really worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I started with the debt review application all went smoothly, but then i just received an email stating that i need to pay more without any reason why. Then i notice on my statement that there is a credit provider that i do not have. After many emails and call to and from debt busters no one can assist me to tell me where does this account come from and they refuse to remove it and they cant tell me where do they find this account as i pulled 3 credit reports from 3 different company's and there is no such creditor and still i cant get feed back as to where does the account comes from and they also cant tell me exactly what account is is.

I just get calls wasting my time as no one help me to tell me where does the account comes from. It is been a week now that they said that they will email me documents to sign that i also never receive.

Please do not use them as they really do not know what they are doing.

According to the Law of South Africa you can not add a account that is not listed on you credit report.
