Really poor service

In November last year I joined debt busters because I was having financial problems. In the first 2 months all was well until the third month when they started paying my creditors. I was contacted by wesbank about my car being short paid with 380. I was also contacted by a lady from debt busters who advised me that I must try to pay the 380 because if it’s not paid in full my car will be reposed. I made a plan and paid the amount. Then in February they short paid my car 900, I tried calling,I send emails requesting an explanation, the lady Shameema responded to my emails telling me that my account is up to date, however when I called wesbank I was told a different story. Not knowing where I will get 900 to pay my car I decided to reverse the debit order and pay my car and pay some of the debts cash. Debts busters then contacted me about the debit order reversal, I spoke to a very nice lady and made arrangements to pay off the amount which was reversed. Today I receive a msg that my debts won’t be paid because I haven’t made a payment. I regret the day I signed up with debt busters,Friend that are doing the debt rehabilitation with other companies are very happy about the service, but with this company I’m just disappointed.
