really bad service!!!
Firstly i have been with dept busters for 2 years. I have been paying them almost 800 pm for handling my dept. I found that my home loan has increased and my dept has not come down. in fact I am worse off now than when i started. I have never received any counseling and even when I request for them to check something out they don't give any feedback.
I have now mailed then several times just to find out how I could clear my unsecured dept. its been almost two months now and still now answers.
This is frustrating when you are not in control of your own dept. It seems as if they are just wanting to make money from me for the rest of my life!
