Really????!!!!!!!
<p>Debtbusters were so helpful at first now my financial status is a mess due to their unresponsive behaviour. This is unacceptable, totally hindering my ability to carry on with my life!!!! </p>

We can confirm you have since been contacted by our quality manager to alleviate your concern who will be investigating and looking to resolve your query.
As an extra measure to our unconditional commitment to customer satisfaction we are in the process of reviewing the feedback process in our debt settlements department as discussed.
