Query not reolved since 3 February 2020 - I want my refund!

I am dissatisfied with the response and results of my query. I paid up an account in December 2019, but on my January statement there was still a deduction. I contacted debt busters and logged a ticket, up until today it still not resolved. various excuses but no refund yet. I have spoken to numerous agents and still no refund. I have sent my bank details more than a month ago, still no refund, I leave messages at the call centre, and nobody calls you back, I have no whatsapped them and ow I must wait for the call of the agent who dealt with my query in February, and I must wait because they busy with many requests. I am sick and tired of excuses and I want my refund.
