PUMELA NTUTU - BEST CONSULTANT at debtbusters!!!

I've been under debt review for a number of years. My last debit order went off on 15 December 2024. I knew that there was still a balance after that debit order. I was then advised to contact fnb for the last amount owed and pay them directly, thereafter send proof of that payment to Debt busters, which I did. After this is was told I had to pay R207-00 admin fee for January 2025 and that would only go off on 25 January 2025. For me that was too long and would hold up the process of having my debt review lifted. I then contacted them again on 24 December 2024,and was met with a Ms. N Don who did reply, but never provided me with banking details to pay this balance. On 02 January 2025,i decided to telephone call debtbusters and was met with the best consultant who showed sincerity, genuine care and commitment to assist me. This employee's name is PUMELA NTUTU. she is what you call service delivery royalty. She went out of her way to forward everything to the relationship manager to ensure my debit order is rightfully cancelled, and also informed me thoroughly about the clearance certificate process. I'm currently waiting for my clearance certificate L, and have no doubt that it will be signed off soon and submitted to the credit bureaus (because that's the confidence I have in Ms. NTUTU and Debt busters). She is so attentive and reassuring and puts the clients concerns first. To me, it was such a breath of fresh air to have someone who really shows commitment to the clients needs and ensuring satisfaction to us. Pumela Ntutu, you deserve the recognition and a performance bonus for being this type of worker. You really shine a good and bright light on this company.
