PROOF OF PAYMENT - BUT NO HELP - 25 CALLS A DAY

I have been under debt review with debt busters since 2017, I have been making payments each month, and all has been going well, until about 3 months ago. I am being harrassed by VVM attorneys for an outstanding account. If i have a look on the smartcents website, which is directly updated from debt busters, it shows that this account has been paid up in full. All i have been asking from Debt busters was to please send me the proof of payment, so that we can send this to these attorneys so that they can stop harressing me. VVM calls me about 25 times a day, I have to call debt busters 25 times a day, and try and find a person who can assist me, i can see the account has been paid, but debt busters refuses to help to get these attorneys off my back, All i need is the proof of payment or for debt busters to contact these attorneys and sort this matter, as the account has been paid in full. BUT THERE IS NO NO HELP FROM DEBT BUSTERS< NO ONE WANTS TO HELP ME
