Problem solving
The service from the personnel is great, but they are like a good driver driving a bad car. On a call they give great service but at the end of the day the problem is never solved. I have battling with the same issue for a month now and it is not getting anywhere. The staff are very nice on the phone, make good promise but a week or too later when they call back you are exactly where you were the last time they called. It is just a circle not going anywhere.
