Problem Promises

On the 24th July 2024, I sent Debt Busters an email requesting feedback on why my funds were not allocated to a creditor after I had made payment.

I was advised that due to non-payment over 3 (Three) months, I was issued a form 17W and it was stated to me on email and the on form that they will no longer distribute funds on my behalf any longer.

I was then advised that funds will be transferred back to my account as Debt Busters is no longer responsible for distributing my funds and that responsibility sits with me again, I then proceed to pay my creditor with the written promise funds would be sent back to me within 2-3 days.

Those days passed and despite me requesting feedback I was ignored, After some struggle, I was told they had sent the money to my creditors, why and how when i paid the account myself as per their request, why when the funds were to be transferred back to me.

I now have a financial hole this month because they broke their written promise to me.

Send me my money back please.

1. You said you would refund me my money 2. You said you are not responsible my my funds allocation
