Problem Problems

Sjoe, cant even begin to explain the frustration experienced with these people. In plain and short i have one account left, but as it happens after query the balance for months , i get a statement end may showing a balance of R6600 something, didnt pay, got another statement end July the balance magicallly reduced to R3300 something. How????? I have already spent over R1000 on airtime trying to contact the creditor, then requested because for some odd reason they get through to them, they ask them to phone me to sort this out. Then an agent calls from time to time, telling me the same story about the account and still no resolution on my problem.
