Problem not resolved for 3 months and still going on

I have been with Debt Busters since June 2024. September 2024, I received a message from Consumer Friend that Woolworths handed me over since no payment had been received since March 2024. Calling Debt Busters the next day, and they said the fees were paid but they would follow up and give me feedback, after a week, I still had no input from them and suddenly I received 5-9 calls a day from MBD that my account has been suspended and handed over to them and are no longer under debt review. Stressing and calling the agent of Debt Busters to find out what was going on, said I did not need to worry she would sort this out and would give me feedback. Ever since I received up to 12 calls from MBD a day, that my account is DUE and I need to pay immediately. Calling Debt Busters to find out what's going on, and they keep telling me they are waiting for a response from Woolworths. Making no effort to call MBD to tell them what's going on, because MBD does not believe me, and WHY do Debt Busters not communicate with them?

After calling Debt Busters again and asking to speak to the Manager of the agents who is handling the problem, the agent suddenly called me back to give me feedback, with no hope of a resolved problem. I asked her several times to please call MBD to explain to them what was going on, I even needed to give her the contact number of MBD. Never mind MBD still called me and told me Debt Busters did not call them, but they did receive an email from her saying that I am no longer under Debt review with my Woolworths account so they demand payment. Calling her that Friday she said, she would sort this out and will call me back on Monday. That Monday I called her and she said she had no feedback as she was waiting for a response, but she wanted to give me a solution to make arrangements with MBD and pay them every month and then she removed my Woolworths account from my Debt Busters account. I said that I did not want to do it as MDB gave me their Legal Department numbers and asked that she just call them. Four days after that MDB called me again and said, that Debt Busters did not call them at all, and asked that I please send them the 17.1 and 17.2 forms.

I called Debt Busters immediately asking them what was going on, and she did not want to take my call, so I needed to speak to the customer agent, he communicated with her and gave me feedback as he spoke to her, and said she referred the matter to her team manager as she can't seem to resolve the matter and that she will give the feedback from her team manager the next day. The next day came and did not receive any feedback. I called Debt Busters on Wednesday, 4 December 2024, and the customer care agent said on the system she made a note that they are waiting for feedback.

I called again today, 9 December 2024 to speak to her team manager, as the customer care agent told me the team manager was not in the office and that there was no one for me to speak to. I asked to speak to the agent handling my matter and after holding for more than 8 min, she took my call and told me that this is an overall matter with all Woolworth's accounts and not just mine, and it can still take along time to be resolved, suggesting I must still make arrangements with MBD to pay them and then she removes my Woolworths account from their system, as I told her that's not what I want to do at all, since this was not the service I signed up for.

This problem has been going on for more than 3 months now and still NO solutions, I signed up for a service, trusting that I would be helped and that I do not need to stress about this. This is not the service I signed up for and I am very disappointed as I have a lot of stress on my side with this matter as MBD is calling and harassing me every single day.
