Poor Shady Service from Debt Busters South Africa

I joined Debt Busters about 4 months back , and the agent Aphinde advised that my monthly repayments will be R20300 which i gladly agreed that was all my debt. I noticed that my loan was also getting debited as well , when i contacted DB i was pushednfrom agents to agent , eventually after 4 months the team leader called me and stated my new repayment is R26450 , when i questioned the the team leader about why the jump he advised that they were still in talks with the creditors . i did say to the team leader the repayment is to much and i went to Debit Review cos i need to live , his response was its up to you , if you feel this is too much we can cancel the aggremrnt with the creditors .Debt Busters when they want you to sign on they are like honey , and one done its to hell with you . customer service is pathetic , no responses Dnt be fooled with them
