Poor service/no help or assistance
Poor service delivery! Dont use them. Even when you settle your accounts and debt early it still reflects that you are listed under debt review at the banks and There is no assistance Whatsoever with accounts that was settled In full that is still reflecting As unpaid For months including an outstanding balance on the credit bureau, EVEN if you settled that acc a year ago! Most importantly you cant get hold of your debt Counsellor Amanda Ntisana to actually speak to them!
