Poor service from DebtBusters!!

After being told in writing that my last instalment willbe due end of Sep 2018, DebtBusters told me now that I have to pay for another 13 months, adding up to almost R72 000! This after I have already paid in excess od R300 000 over a period og 4 years & 10 months, never missing a single payment. Even when I list my job I carried on paying them and never made any arrangementsto accommodate my unemployment!They are blaming African Bank for not down adjusting life cover but surely they should have made sure that it is done. I have sent 4 mails to ask for status updates and assistance but no response. What do I do come end of September? Terrible service!!!!!
