Poor Service by Debtbusters

Initially good service by consultant Athenkosi Kala,

I contacted Debtbusters last week Thursday, and was walked through the process by Mr Kala. We were unable to submit some documents online, so he asked that we send it by email. We did this Friday evening, and he promised to get back to us urgently.

Subsequently there has been no feedback or progress, no progress whatsoever. After all the pressure to submit, and all the promises, the process has ground to a disappointing halt. We have sent emails, and made calls, to no avail. Even the line manager, Mr Francois Fourie, is uncontactable.

Quite shocking. I'll take my debt and recommendations to another company.
