Poor service

I was under debt review till February this year with debt busters. I never missed one of my payments in the 5 years with them. Now 6 months later debt review no longer reflects on my credit report but most of the accounts on my report reflect as account in arrears for more than a year. This is even after all renegotiated payments was made to them. Now i have to wait another 24 months to get any form of credit due to this information on my credit report. I contacted debt busters a few months ago to please assist me with this problem but was basically told i must sort it out myself. It is extremely difficult to deal with credit bureau's on your own and you get nowhere. Before anybody decides to join please know after you made your last payment you are on your own and will be unable to get any credit for another 24 months. Due to this i am extremely disappointed in debtbusters.
