Poor service

Very unprofessional services they are rendering, I submitted all my documents to them after that the Lady called Shaakirahs called me advising me she is a negotiator. After three weeks called her not available, send her different emails to her without responds, calling the office line being promised she will call me back until today no call. The worse part they are deducting money and also credit providers are deducting money you being left with nothing in your bank account they ***** you to zero rand. Their service is very poor and unprofessional. Also tried to send different emails to Sanelisiwe but with no help, thanks to Debtbusters for ruining my finances, they are so rude and arrogant, unprofessional.
