Poor service

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>January 2017 myself and my husband we decided to to consolidate our debts through DebtbustersSA,I provided them with all needs documents and i was under the impression that all my debt will be sorted by debtbusters and i only have to pay 1instalment to them.To my surprise one of my personal loan(Nedbank) debit order went through end of February and when i contacted Bruce from DebtBusters he said I must contact Nedbank because on their side everything is done and when i contacted Nedbank I was informed that DebtBusters submitted my debit cancellation form with incorrect account number.I tried to get hold of Bruce with no luck I was always told he is in a meeting and when he comes back he will contact me and i was never contacted.I phoned again and i spoke to Lauren and i explained everything and she said she will get back to me and she never got back to me.I was then contacted by Aluta from Debtbusters and she was giving me an update of other things and i asked her to please sort out the Nedbank issue first and then we can move forward and she agreed but it was never sorted.End of March Nedbank loan debit order went through again and when I phoned Nedbank I was told this issue must be sorted by DebtBusters.</p> <p> </p> <p>When myself and my husband decided to use debtbusters services we thought our lives will be better but unfortunately that's not the case because I am getting frustrated by this issue of still paying for te loan and paying debtbusters as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>Honestly I wouldn't recommend any of my family members or friends to use DebBustersSA.</p>
