Poor service

When I app**** for debt review in Aug 2014 my credit profile status was changed immediately, but since I cancelled their service also changed. I did receive a 17W form that clearly indicate " all credit buro's must change our status within 5 days". Well its now November 2016 and the credit buro did not change my status. How is it possible that DebtBusters can request the credit buro to list you in one day but neglect to remove you in 2 years and counting. Should I open a law suit against them.

Dear Christopher,

Thank you for taking the time to communicate to us why our service did not meet your expectations.

At Debtbusters, customer satisfaction is something that we take very seriously and would never compromise under any circumstances. Unfortunately, sometimes unavoidable mistakes happen. In such rare cases, a satisfactory solution is always in place and preventable measures are introduced.

After a thorough review of your case, we found that when you app**** in 2014 it was possible to exit debt review without meeting any criteria. In February 2015 a new withdrawal guideline was released by the NCR advising on certain criteria that needs to be met prior to a flag being removed at the credit credit bureau. In your case this was explained to you telephonically and in wrting.

We acknowledge and value your feedback however we performed all statutory functions required as per the guidelines of the National credit and assure you of our continued best endeavors on your behalf.

Kind Regards|Debtbusters

Regards,

Debtbusters
