Poor service
*********** people. Their hyphen payment system pays creditors late and when you cancel the mandate they trick you into using their payment system again. It's all about the money they can make from you and not about you being debt free. When you finish paying off an account they continue paying the monthly installments and never asks the creditor for a paid up letter as promised
