Poor service

I called Last month to ask them to stop debiting my account, I will pay direct to my creditors as I see no movements in my debts, instead I am paying them about R 1000 service fees for NOTHING! Today I got a sms that they will debt my account tomorrow, I called 3 times already today and asked why and no one has an answer for me. I spoke to a consultant who hang up on me and called again and spoke to Haanin and 11:17 am and I asked her to listen to the call that I made last month as she said I only asked them not to Debit June only , which was not true. She advised me her team leader Bilqeez Jacobs will call me by 12:00 today. I AM STILL WAITING TILL NOW. The level of service by debt buster is disgusting, I regret the day I used they service.
