Kindly assist I have sent numerous emails,regarding settlement enquires and always receive feedback atleast a month after,the person assigned to my profile is always inefficient and does not contact me back timeously when I call for feedback

I have taken the accountability to get settlement quotes on my own and even settled these debts even forwarded the neccessary documents but no one has even bothered to contact me to tell me the outcome
