Poor customer service

I was under debt review I paid up all my accounts and my debt counselloril is failing to check with my Creditors regarding the paid up letters. I sent them Debtbusters proof of payment to do that they are not. Instead I am calling Creditors my self while I pay them admin fee.

Kindly assist me in ensuring that debt counsellor coordinate my paid up letters and start the process of getting clearance certificate and ensures my name is updated accordingly in credit bureau.
