POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
When I joined debt busters, I was told to open a different bank account for me salary to be paid in. I was also told that any money that gets paid into my old account I could ask them to get it refunded. This happen in May when money was paid into my Absa account. I emailed debt busters requesting a refund, all they needed was a copy of my ID and a bank statement. In less then 10 working days I received my refund. On the 3rd July I sent in a request for a refund for money that was paid into my Absa account by SARS. On the 5th July I received an email stating a ticket was created. On the 9th July, I received a call from Sinozuko, then an emailed stating he called Absa and they requested a copy of my ID and a bank statement. I did not hear from Debt busters again until I received an email on the 19th July stating that the ticket has been resolved. At that time I did not yet receive my refund from Absa yet. I emailed them back to say that the matter has not been solved as I have not received any refund. I emailed them again the 22nd July. I received a call on the 23nd from Nandipha Jehtu and told me she would assist me after I explain to her what has happen, She asked me to send through the paperwork again, which I did the exact same day. The 31st July I emailed Nandipha and asked if there was feedback from Absa, she calls me back on the 2nd August and says she did not received my documents. After a week she tells me this but the email went through because she mailed me to make sure I have the right email address, all I did was reply to the same mail. I once again send through my documents. I asked her how long will the refund take and she told me no more then 10 working days. On the 17th August I mailed Nandipha and asked what was the outcome of the refund from Absa. Till now she has not rep****. I've sent emails to the customer care, no response. I've sent emails to info, no response. I've called and was put on hold for 42 minutes. I've send messages on facebook messenger, first thing they ask is if you are a client, when you say yes, they ask for your ID number and contact number, but then they don't contact you. I even sent a whattsapp message and still waiting for a reply. Someone called me from their office and let the phone ring for 5 seconds, twice. Then they sent me an sms to say they tried calling and there was no answer. They did that again and I immediately called back on that number. After speaking to the lady and explaining to her what is my situation was, she tells me only Nandipha can help me. She told me she will make a note of my call. I was so frustrated and angry I had to keep myself from losing my cool and saying things that shouldn't be said. These companies are quick to help, but once they got you, its like you just a number and they don't give a damn about you.
