Poor after service
Have requested that they call us and my husband has tried to make contact with them but no one calls us or even has the decency to email back! They can sms for money and quickly get you signed up with their services but the after service is pathetic!

Have you logged in on our client portal www.smartcents.co.za where you can liaise directly with a Relationship Manager via the chat box or even the WhatsApp?
