poor account management

i am very disappointed that the account balance were not updated, i had to get updated statements and supply them, data management fee was never explained to me, as for the consultant she was very professional responded to questions she could answer and refer to her manager for things she could not understand in conclusion i hope in future clients will be giving all the information with regards to other charges like capital data asset recovery management cause it makes no sense if am paying after care fee plus fees to the funds distributer agency.
