Place under debt review without agreeing
My name was placed under debt review by a Trevor Mdubu at debt busters I never agree on the service n was just enquiring if they can assist but nedbank did not agree to the lowering instalments and then turn down the service of debt busters
now he has placed me under debt review he is also not responding to my request to phone me back and do not reply to my emails Call centre cant help me as they re direct me back to Trevor Please assist me ***

as Sumaya Dawood if you apply for deb review they submit the documentation to the credit bureau's before they contact your creditors but nedbank did not agree to a lowering instalment but I told her that n will not leave it at I will take legal action and will inquire from ncr the correct procedure.
Please do not use Debt busters if they only after your money and cant provide a service to you as the customer
