I app**** for review 2 months ago , they told me how much will I be paying monthly as they arranged with my creditors. My debt with creditors is R13600. The 1st month they debited me R7600 and my creditors debited me R6800. When I called to ask about it ,it took me around 20 something days to finally get to talk to the guy who is assisting me. He told me everything has been sorted out but I can't get my refund as the debtor refused to refund . I asked him then wat are they charging me the R7800 for ,if my debtors deducted their installment wich he never responded too. Send him 10+ emails without response ,phoned for almost a month and half now and he is always not in office and the team leader is always on lunch . Now for the second month they debited me R7600 the debtor also R6500 and they harassing me with calls for the R300 arrears. This company has failed me ,and their client services said I can contact NCR and resolve my case there . Left with no option but to resort to NCR
