Phenetic service and NO Communication.
This company does not even deserve a 1 Star rating... Poor Service, Poor Feedback, Poor Poor Poor.... NO communication, sending emails, not responding. Don't be fooled by the "professionalism" these people advertise. Because of the incompetence of this company, I have been dumped in debt, and arrears. I will ensure the community gets to know who DEBT BUSTERS really are. You can phone and leave messages until the end of days, but NO feedback. After 5 Months of trying to resolve a query, Hans Kartik Sookoyee even sent a email to a Intern saying the following: Kindly assist with the below complaint before it becomes a Hello Peter complaint.
So I guess this is nothing new to DEBT BUSTERS.
I will not leave this matter unattended to.

I will not be fooled by your response, probably because it's a public complaint you are trying to convince the readers that DB is not that bad. If I could I would have attached all the hundreds of emails to DEBT BUSTERS with NO FEEDBACK!!! NICE TRY THOUGH!!!!
