<p>Paying every month yet account is being debited by bank.</p> <p> </p> <p>what is the point of paying you people every month yet the bank debits my account twice.</p> <p> </p> <p>being on debt review is suppose to protect me from this.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have informed debt busters about this yet no one has gotten back to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>been 5 days and no one contacts me yet i get a reminder to make my monthly payment.</p> <p> </p> <p>total of R3 300 was taken by the bank via debit. i want my money back</p>

It's the 19th of July and still nothing is resolved. A second bank has contacted me and advised they have not received any payment from you guys since May. Please resolve and refund me my money.
