Pay back the money

If I could I would not have give then a star at all!! I am under administration and when the lady from debtbusters contact me Nadine Papier I told her that she went ahead a said she will be helping me and I will only pay off my debt with in four years with a total of 1250 Rands so all the paperwork was done the first month the decuction of 1250rand was deducted via a company called Hypen befor the second payment was made I got a email from Nadine Papier saying that debtbusters have cancelled there services with me. I asked why she said because I was under administration they cancelled there sevecices but never the debit order so the second 1250 Rand was deducted from my account. Nadine Papier told me I would be refunded with in 3 days it's day 8 already I got hold of hypen and they keep on telling me that my money is sitting with them but they can't refund it because debtbusters are refusing to send them a email to tell them to refund my money. I am sitting now with a lost my uncle just died last week the man had no funeral insurance that 1250 Rand could have gone towards his funeral. I am struggling now to get my money back. Nadine Papier I can't get hold of her they put you on hold for 30 to 50 mins if you call there offices!!! Can anyone help me to get my money back because they are lying to me
