Patient and understanding

The Debtbusters consultant and especially Amanda Ntisana is very patient and she listens to you. You will feel like the problem is soved before it is. Only thing is that she can follow up on the promised time, eg she will call you a bit later than expected but then it is because she is just waiting for a reply or additional info to give us. But she understands that we are under pressure and that we need reassurance but she is excellent.
