PATHETIC SERVICE & NOW THEY HAND ME OVER BUT STILL HAVENT RESOLVED MY DEBIT ORDER ISSUE!!!

This company was such a breeze signing up with when I came in to financial difficulty. Everything was signed up and set easily and very quickly. The issues began in 2022, after me sending them mails in December 2021 about going on maternity leave and NOTHING was done! This was also eventually corrected in May 2022 when I was debited at the end of the month. So keep in mind I was debited end of May 2022. End of June 2022 came and I was not debited. I sent a mail and to date I am asking when will my account be debited - No Feedback. In July 2022 I had to call in again because the same car that I almost lost due to them saying "Don't worry Miss Davids, everything is fine" telephonically, was added to the policy without my knowledge. Long story short, they adjusted and have STILL NOT debited my account. Today 10 August 2022 - I receive a notification that I have been handed over by this company for missing 3 or more payments to this policy. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE DELIVERY EVER!!! I AM SO IRATE AT THIS POINT AS THEY ARE QUICK TO E-MAIL ME THIS, BUT I AM STILL WAITING ON A RESPONSE ON MY MAIL REGARDING MY DEBIT ORDER FROM JUNE 2022!!

I WILL NOT BE REFFERING ANYONE FURTHER TO THIS COMPANY!!! TICKET RESOLVED 05/07/2022 - WF_***!!!!!! Thank you for all the LACK OF EFFORT!!!
