Pathetic service I have never received, bad reputation of your employees.this is unacceptable at all!!!!!!

It's been three months waiting for your call back regarding to cancel the life policy and other policy that I already have before i app**** this debt review. Your service is very poor i spoke to sisipho last two months she said she will escalate my request but no now called me and she called me back and she can't assist with my query this is unprofessional it was not out agreement that she will call me ,she just wasted my time for nothing.yesterday I spoke to this other guy I forgot his name and I requested him to call me back because I was going to the meeting ,he didn't bother himself to call me back.

I need you to cancel it and refund me the difference for three months or I must cancel whole contract.while I was applying this you were calling me now and then, now you got my business you dont care any more.
