PATHETIC SERVICE FROM DEBT BUSTERS

i sent an email to debt busters on the 2nd of October 2019 and they said they would get back to me within 7 to 10 business days. it has now been 14 business days with no response. an agent of theirs called me on 21st October to say my debit order did not go off. i told her that i have been waiting for a response from them since the 2nd and she said okay bye without even asking me what my query was about.
