Pathetic Service

<div>A while ago I laid a complaint against DebtBusters, and received the following email: Good day, I trust that this email finds you well, We tried to call you and could not reach you on 30/11/2023_3cx***:40. Kindly note that we received the debit order mandate on 27/11/2023, by this time the debit order was already tracking and no changes could have been made. I do apologise for the experience encountered and we will certainly address the matter. I have requested for the payment to be frozen for a refund to be processed, kindly note that Hyphen has to wait for the funds to clear before a refund will be processed, and this is 12 days from today. Please also note that if the refund is processed, your accounts will be in arrears as the payment for November will be seen as missed payment and credit providers might terminate the agreement. I trust that the above is in order. This is a pathetic company and I will not advise anyone to make use of their services. This company ***** from people. They will be the reason I wont be able to drive to and from work. Thus my credit providers will have to aak DebtBusters to pay my debt for me.</div>
