Pathetic service

I've also want my clearance certificate, and they keep on sending me Missed Payments emails and account was settled also with the help from Simon Martin. It's real frustrating getting these messages from them and I have also prove of all the payments and settlement letters. Have rep**** to their messages with the documents and still waiting for a reply. I want this **** sorted out ASAP or I must let my attorney deal with them.
