Pathetic service
Money was distributed in May 2022 to a loan settled in December 2021 already, I have been trying to query since 30th May 2022 & no response from Yolanda who was allocated with refund query. We are long past the 1-3 days promised!

17 Jun 2022, 14:46Attention Benay Sager, this query is not closed. I have not been refunded for the money taken in May 2022 and paid to Direct Axis. A loan settled in December 2021! Nomthandazo has not given me any feedback regarding this yet closed the ticket?
