pathetic service and response. regret getting involved with this company

My Name Thiloshnee Juta, i have app**** for debt relief with debt busters, in the beginning of April, i had sent through all the paper work needed to get the 17.3 application, i have been dealing with an agent by the name of Ayobonga, the paper work had been assessed and then sent to all my credit providers to inform them of my work situation and request a 3 month payment relief. My monthly debit order with debt busters had been placed on hold. Ayobonga then informed me that once they get feedback from the creditors she will advise me accordingly.

it is going on 3 weeks now, and still i did not get any feedback from debt busters or the creditors, i have sent emails to Ayobonga but got no response. the ticket number given said it was closed and will not get any response.

i tried several times calling debt busters but i am always put on hold, and the agents just dont care, they put you on hold and probably forget about you.

this is pathetic service from this company, i need to know what is going on with the payment relief, as should the creditors come back end of the month and demand double payment, i am going sue this company for their incompetence. and ability to inform their clients

i really need urgent response from you.
