Pathetic Service
Dear Consumer. Your Debt Counselling rehab payment of R7237.31 will be deducted on 2021-12-01 as instructed by DebtBusters. Ref: Hyphen PDA***B
This is completely unacceptable!!!!!! I gave you strict instructions to cancel this debit order. If this money goes off my account I will hold debt busters liable and report you to PASA and the NCR!!
The fact that you cannot manage your email and system is not my problem!!
Get your act together and get my damn clearance certificate sorted!!!!!

04 Dec 2021, 15:52We’ll consider my trust in Debt Busters no regained, not one bit! The debit order went off my account, I had to have it reversed. And haven’t heard a word from Debt Busters. Not from my hello Peter complaint, nor my original email. I’ve at long last come to the end of my debt review process and clearly debt busters is determined to make the process of having my name cleared as painful as possible. If it wasn’t bad enough that they completely *****ed up the reconciliation of my accounts, now this!

We’ll consider my trust in Debt Busters no regained, not one bit! The debit order went off my account, I had to have it reversed. And haven’t heard a word from Debt Busters. Not from my hello Peter complaint, nor my original email. I’ve at long last come to the end of my debt review process and clearly debt busters is determined to make the process of having my name cleared as painful as possible. If it wasn’t bad enough that they completely *****ed up the reconciliation of my accounts, now this!

Days, weeks go by and nothing happens, I send follow up emails daily and get blatantly ignored. YOU ARE HOLDING MY LIVELIHOOD HOSTAGE! Disgraceful service!
