PATHETIC - PATHETIC - PATHETIC
Pathetic aftercare services like ALWAYS. We pay them how much a month; and once in a while when we NEED them. They just sit and do nothing.
I end up doing CALL ME BACK on their website, to get someone to respond to my query/ies.
I already 2 weeks ago asked them to get me a SETTLEMENT balance on an account. They just IGNORE it. Like they do with all other complainants here's enquiries.
