Pathetic excuses and services

Good day, I registered with debt busters, I'm sure for over 5 years now. For the past 2 years we have been paying our creditors in cash, and no payment to debt busters. We have on numerous occasions requested a clearance certificate from them, to be told WE need to obtain proof that we are paying them. Should that not be what they are supposed to be doing? I get the same stupid response everytime. Our homeloan was never put onto our list of creditors so that is not my problem. All I am requesting is a clearance certificate. Surely after 5 years as I was told, we can obtain a clearance certificate. Of all the stupid mistakes I have made, joining Debtbusters is by far the worst mistake I have ever made. Could somebody please do there job and please just take our name off of your system and provide us with a certificate, you are no longer getting paid from us, so how are we still been "managed" by you. It's ridiculous.
