PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

The WORST customer service EVER!!!!! I feel that we are waisting our money!!!! They mess with people's lives and just dont care...

Our information is incorrect on their side... I have been askong for them to fix it for more than a month now and they just keep on sending the SAME documents over and over and I have to contact them, explaining my situation over and over again, but they dont fix the problem...

You arent able to speak to a manager or supervisor... NO ONE assists you propperly!!!! I regret the day I joined this comapny!!!!

I have even logged a complaint with the NCR, but still I dont receive any feedback... It makes you wonder... Your hands are tied..... Feels as if there is NOTHING you can do!!!!!

I will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE!!!!! Dont know how they got their Best Debt Counsellor Award!!!!! They are pathetic!!!!!
