PATHETIC COMPANY - DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!

I created this account on HelloPeter just to write this review. Please, if you have any debt and you are struggling, DO NOT WORK WITH DEBTBUSTERS. I started with 30k debt - I have paid up to 50k back, and let me tell you, I have never before dealt with such an *********** company. They do not know what is going on - EVER. They send you a Hyphen statement, but then when it shows that your account is clear - they tell you that you still owe on that account and the Hyphen statement is not 100% accurate. You can not trust where your money is going. They didn't make payment to one of my creditors for months. When you phone, they tell you one story, then a month later another, and when you ask for the recording - they "cannot provide it". Just all in all an absolute useless company. & I am pretty sure they do this with everyone. I had to phone the attorneys of my creditors myself and get paid up letters. Even with the paid up letters Debtbusters say i owe money on those accounts. LITERALLY - IF YOU HAVE ANY DEBT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am pretty sure they make their staff write the positive reviews here because LET ME TELL YOU - THIS COMPANY IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY. I WOULD HAVE RATHER STILL BEEN IN DEBT THAN DEAL WITH THEM.
