Pathetic client experience
I recieved a call from a CS consultant lastweek as I have been waiting on feedback for over 4 months now. I was promised a mail with feedback I gave my new email address with contact information. I have not heard a single thing since. This is completely unacceptable how you treat your clients. How is it possible to request feedback and wait months for a answer on a way forward???
