Pathetic and Unprofessional

This good for nothing company placed me under debt review without my consent. The person I was married to app**** for debt consolidation during our separation. Not once was I contacted or asked for consent regarding the matter, however during my divorce proceeding I discover that I am under debt review. I’ve contacted this damn institution more times than I can recall but I’m either placed on hold for such a long time that the call either disconnects or I get frustrated and hang up. And when I do speak to someone from there, there’s never a straight answer as to how I got under debt review without being contacted or giving consent. They are all useless nobody can help clear this situation and supposedly nobody has a straight answer regarding this matter. I am so mad that I need answers and my name removed immediately
